Cadets of FM Met With a Traffic Militia Officer

At the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a meeting of cadets was held from the point of view of the senior inspector of the traffic militia of the Soviet District of Minsk by the capitan of militia Oleg Shchegolev.

The traffic militia officer spoke about the state of the road transport discipline, held a preventive conversation about the implementation of measures aimed at increasing the personal discipline of employees, respectful attitude to other road users and strict observance of traffic rules.

Particular attention was focused on the observance of transport discipline by militia officers. The students were explained the provisions of the articles: leaving the place of an accident, driving in a state of intoxication, transferring a vehicle to a person in the state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication. Ensuring road safety is a complex multifaceted issue, therefore, measures to prevent accidents should be comprehensive. After conducting a preventive conversation, the cadets had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them.

Oleg Ivanovich noted that the increase in the percentage of accidents is directly related not only to the intensity of traffic on the roads, but also to the inattention of pedestrians. He explained what should be done to protect yourself in various traffic situations, how to act if you become a witness or participant in a traffic accident.
