On the Day of the City of Minsk a grand sporting event took place. At the distance of the Minsk half marathon about 35,000 people went. Participated and cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior.
The half marathon organizers offered a choice of three distances, but not in the distance was the main value of this sporting event. The race brought together people of different ages and professions, became an international event. Fans of active rest from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who came to study from all regions of the country, could not miss this large-scale event, which united the cadet team even more. The cadets, by the way, dedicated their participation in the half marathon to the Year of the Small Motherland.
