At the republican scientific-theoretical conference among the best works is the report of third-term student of the faculty of militia of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexander Yurgel.
The Republican Scientific and Theoretical Conference "Belarusian Law in Time and Space" was held on December 6 at the premises of the Belarusian State Economic University. Report of Alexander Yurgel, dedicated to the problems of the stage of the institution of criminal proceedings, was awarded a diploma of the second degree.
The beginning scientist was congratulated by the Department of Criminal Procedure. In the scientific circle of this department the third year student studies the questions of interest. The scientific adviser of the cadet is the associate professor of the department, lieutenant colonel of militia Maria Yakubel.
Today in a circle of young scientists under the guidance of a teacher lieutenant colonel of militia Nikolay Borisenko is engaged in 21 cadets. The guys are studying problematic issues of improving the criminal procedure legislation. The best cadets work successfully participate in scientific competitions both within the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and at the national level.
